Comment EARLY HISTORY HAS NOT BEEN RECORDED. PRINCIPAL PERIOD OF OPERATION 1933-1938. ORE RESERVES DEVELOPED AT THAT TIME WERE BELIEVED TO CONTAIN $60,000 BUT ONLY A SMALL PART WAS EVER PROCESSED. SEVERAL TONS OF ORE SHIPPED TO THE SMELTER IN 1938 YIELDED $38.50 IN SILVER AND $5.50 IN GOLD. ALL EQUIPMENT REMOVED AND THE PROPERTY WAS IDLE IN SEPTEMBER 1954.
