Comment (Development): FIRST WORKED FOR GOLD, UNSUCCESSFULLY. INACTIVE UNTIL 1927-1928, WHEN SCHEELITE WAS IDENTIFIED. PARKER OWNED AND OPERATED IT FROM 1929-1933 AND MINED AND MILLED ABOUT 5 TONS HIGH-GRADE SCHEELITE CONCENTRATE, UVADA TUNGSTEN WAS ORGANIZED TO TAKE OVER THE PROPERTY IN 1917, BUT THE LEASE LAPSED DUE TO LOW PRICE FOR TUNGSTEN. REPORTED AS ACTIVE IN 1980.

Comment (Deposit): SCHEELITE OCCURS IN THE QUARTZ VEIN AS LARGE ORANGE-BROWN CRYSTALS UP TO SEVERAL INCHES ACROSS. VEIN PARALLELS DIKE.

Comment (Workings): INCLINED SHAFT ABOUT 96 FT DEEP WITH SHORT DRIFTS NEAR THE BOTTOM AND A SMALL STOPE, 650-FT ADIT, STOPES, 20-STAMP MILL IN 1922; DOZER CUT IN 1981.
