Comment (Production): PRODUCED MORE THAN $1,000,000 IN ORE BY 1905. ORE RANGED FROM $22 TO $10 PER TON IN AU AND AG; WITH AS MUCH AS 2.5% CU FOUND ON THE LOWER LEVELS OF THE MINE.

Comment (Deposit): THREE PATENTED CLAIMS MINERAL SURVEY NUMBERS 63, 64 AND 1566 COVERING 19.815 ACRES. VEIN (N25-46E, STEEP NW) IN DIORITE PORPHYRY TO NORTH AND ANDESITE BRECCIAS TO SOUTH. VEIN ABOUT 1200 M LONG. LINDGREN ET AL REPORTS THAT VEIN STRIKES N60E, DIPS 75NW, AND IS .8 M WIDE.

Comment (Workings): WORKINGS REPORTED IN 1910 CONSISTED OF THE HEARST AND GILLETT SHAFTS, A SHORT TUNNEL AND DRIFTS CONNECTING THE TWO SHAFTS. MINE DEVELOPED TO A DEPTH OF 180 M WITH EXTENSIVE WORKINGS ON 9 LEVELS. THE TWO SHAFTS HAVE EXTENSIVE STOPING.
