Comment (Workings): A 180-FT. SHAFT WITH LEVELS AT 60 AND 97 FT.; ABOUT 1000 FT. OF DRIFTS ON 97-FT. LEVEL; SEVERAL ADITS AND A NUMBER OF OPEN CUTS.

Comment (Production): A SMALL AMT. OF SHALLOW PROSPECTING IN EARLY DAYS. SOME ORE MINED FROM AN OPEN CUT IN 1933. FROM 1935 TO AROUND 1940 PROPERTY OPERATED BY A CANADIAN CONCERN; A SMALL AMOUNT OF WORK DONE AGAIN IN 1950. THE ORE CONTAINED ABOUT $12 PER TON AND SOME OF THE COUNTRY ROCK ENCLOSING THE QUARTZ VEINLETS CONTAINED UP TO $4 PER TON.SEVERAL POCKETS OF HIGH-GRADE ORE WERE MINED DURING 1930'S.
