Comment (Deposit): FROM 4 IN.-5 FT THICK CONSISTING OF PARTIALLY BRECCIATED RHYOLITE. THROUGHOUT THE VEIN IS CONSIDERABLE IRON-STAINED CLAY REPORTED TO BE GOLD BEARING. WALLS OF VEINS ARE STAINED WITH A HEAVY COAT OF LIMONITE AND SOME HEMATITE. WALL ROCK FOR 2 FT ON EITHER SIDE OF VEIN IS LOW GRADE ORE; USGS MODEL MAY ALSO BE 25A: HOT-SPRING AU-AG.
