THE PROPERTY CONSISTS OF TWO PATENTED AND FOUR UNPATENTED CLAIMS. ; ECON.COM: ITS PEAK PRODUCTION FROM 1922-1940. THE MINE WAS BEING WORKED AT THE TIME OF THE SURVEY.

Comment (Location): 1 MI. NW OF GARFIELD MINE, UNSURVEYED THE PROPERTY IS ABOUT ONE MILE NORTHWEST OF THE GARFIELD MINE ON THE WESTSIDE OF GARFIELD MOPUNTAIN. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY PASSES THE GARFIELD MINE.

Comment (Workings): 650 FT SHAFT AND LEVELS AT 100 FT. INTERVALS A NEW ROAD HAD BEEN BUILT FROM GARFIELD FLAT AND WORK TO REOPEN THE MINE WAS IN PROGRESS.

Comment (Geology): THE WORKINGS FOLLOW A NEARLY-VERTICAL, MUCH-FAULTED, EAST-WEST VEIN SYSTEM THAT RANGES IN THICKNESS FROM A FEW INCHES TO 3 FEET. ; GEOL.DESC: VEINS MOSTLY RUSTYQTZ. IN CHERT AND QUARTZITE

Comment (Deposit): THE VEINS WERE DESCRIBED AS BEING OXIDIZED TO CAVERNOUS QUARTZ WITH LIMONITE AND CERARGYRITE,NATIVE SILVER,JAROSITE,ANGLESITE, CHRYSOCOLLA AND MALACHITE. THE HOST ROCKS CONSIST OF CHERT,QUARTZITE, AND LIMESTONE OF THE TRIASSIC AGE.
