Comments

Comment (Location): INFO FROM LAND.ST :(1972)

Comment (Development): WORKINGS ARE OLD, AND PROBABLY DATE FROM THE 1864-1885 PERIOD OF ACTIVITY. NO ACTIVITY IN 1985 WHEN EXAMINED.

Comment (Deposit): WORKINGS ARE ALIGNED ALONG A N-TRENDING CONTACT ZONE BETWEEN THE CARBONATES AND THE HIGHLY SILICIFIED METASEDIMENTS. THERE ARE EXTENSIVE DUMPS OF BRECCIATED IRON-STAINED VEIN QUARTZ ASSOCIATED WITH THE WORKINGS THAT EXTEND ALONG THE RIDGE THAT OVER LOOKS THE CAMP. VERY LITTLE VISIBLE MINERALIZATION EXCEPT FOR MINOR COPPER SHOWS AND POSSIBLE TETRAHEDRITE. VEINS OCCUR ALONG BEDDING PLANES AND DIP 30-50 NE.

Comment (Workings): A SERIES OF OLD INCLINES, SHAFTS AND PROSPECTS
