Comment (Workings): SHAFT, 8 SHORT ADITS UP TO 250 FEET LONG.

Comment (Geology): DIORITE INTRUSIVE EXPOSED AT PORTAL OF WESTERN ADIT, SOUTH OF ROAD. CONTACT CANNOT BE SEEN IN ROAD CUT OR ON THE HILLSIDE TO THE NORTH. DIORITE MUST BE A DIKE (TINGLEY, UNPUBLISHED MRDS NOTES), FINGERING OUT TO THE NORTH. HORNFELS CROP OUT BOTH EAST AND WEST OF THE VEIN ZONE AND FORMS BOLD OUTCROPS IN CONTRAST TO WEATHERED DIORITE. DUMPS CONTAIN WHITE QUARTZ.

Comment (Deposit): MINERALIZATION OCCURS IN NARROW QUARTZ VEINS IN RHYOLITE AND SHALE.
