Comments

Comment (Deposit): TWO ADITS EXPLORE THE MINERALIZED SHEAR ZONE WITH SOME STOPING AND DRIFTING AT THE END OF EACH ADIT. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 2 UNPUB REPT

Comment (Geology): GEOL.COM: LARGE CUBES OF PYRITE OCCUR BOTH IN QUARTZ-TOURMALINE VEINS AND WALL ROCKS. BASALT FEEDER DIKES, YOUNGER THAN THE MINERALIZATION, WERE FOUND LESS THAN 5 CM THICK IN DRIFTS OF THE LOWER ADIT. PROBABLY RELATED TO THE LATE TERTIARY BASALT FLOWS CAPPING LIMESTONE RIDGES IN EASTERN PART OF THE DISTRICT.
