Comment (Workings): ZONE OF CRUSHED, ALTERED, ANDESITE, WORK CONSISTS OF TWO SHORT TUNNELS, AND A SHAFT. TUNNELS ARE IN THE BOTTOM OF A GULCH, THE SHAFT IS ABOUT 30 FEET ABOVE ON EAST WALL OF GULCH. (HILL, P195) THE FAULT ZONE IS 4 FEET WIDE AND CONSISTS OF PYRITIZED, BRECCIATED ANDESITE OF THE ALTA FORMATION. (BONHAM, P 80). QUARTZ VEINLETS CONTAINING PYRITE, GALENA, SPHALERITE OCCUR IN THE TUNNELS, (HILL, P 195)
