Comment (Geology): THE CLAIMS LIE WITHIN A SEEMINGLY E-W BELT OF DISSEMINATED CU-M PROSPECTS THAT TO THE NORTH OF TONOPAH. AT THE PILOT CLAIMS, THREE MAJOR ROCK GROUPS CROP OUT: THE TRIASSIC EXCELSIOR FORMATION, FURASSIC OR CRETACEOUS QUARTZ MONZONITE, AND AND A VOLCANIC AND HYPAHYSSAL COMPLEX OF TERTIARY AGE. THE EXCELSIOR QUARTZITE ISBLEACHED, BRECCIATED ANF IRON-STAINED NEAR THE CONTACT WITH QUARTZ MONZONITE.
