Comment (Development): ORIGINALLY LOCATED FOR GOLD. HERROLD AND ASSOCIATES INSTALLED A SMALL RETORT IN 1928 AND PRODUCED A FLASK OF MERCURY. THE ONLY ACTIVITY IN 1943 WAS SOME ERRATIC DIAMOND-DRILLING; 1 FLASK OF HG IN 1928. RECENTLY DRILLED AND ROADS GRADED (1982).

Comment (Deposit): CINNABAR OCCURS IN THE BRECCIA VEIN IN FRACTURES AND SHEARS THAT CUT THE CHALCEDOWY. A SMALL AMOUNT OF STIBNITE OCCURS IN A BRECCIA ZONE IN THE SLOPE ABOVE THE MERCURY DEPOSIT
