Comment (Deposit): BRECCIATED RHYOLITE IS IRREGULARLY VEINED AND CEMENTED BY VERY FINE-GRAINED QUARTZ THAT IS ALMOST CHALCEDONIC IN APPEARANCE. HIGH-GRADE MATERIAL WAS SMALL IN AMOUNT AND EXTENDED ONLY A FEW FEET BELOW SURFACE FARRINGTON LEASE WAS ON A QUARTZ-CALCITE VEIN 12-14 FT WIDE OF BANDED, COARSELY CRYSTALLINE CALCITE WITH ABOUT LAMELLAR QUARTZ, IN PART DRUSY, ALONG THE FOOTWALL.
