Comments

Comment (Deposit): Discovery Year: 1932;1951

Comment (Deposit): CORPORATE GROUP CONSISTS OF 5 CONTIGUOUS CLAIM. CLIMAX CLAIM LIES ADJACENT TO THE 2 EASTERN MOST CORPORATE CLAIMS. MANGANESE MINERALS ARE EXPOSED IN THE VEIN FOR ABOUT 400 TO 500 FT ALONG THE SURFACE.

Comment (Workings): DEVELOPMENTS INCLUDED A 20 FT CUT IN THE VEIN ON THE CLIMAX CLAIM ; SHAFTLIKE PIT ON THE CORPORATE NO. 3 CLAIM (DIMENSIONS: 20 FT LONG, 8 FT WIDE, 15 FT DEEP); 70 FT ADIT ON THE CORPORATE CLAIMS; CORPORATE CLAIMS WERE LOCATED FOR GOLD, AND THE MANY OLD CUTS ARE UNRELATED TO M ANGANESE PRODUCTION.

Comment (Geology): DIORITE PORPHYRY IN THE REGION CONTAINS MANY INCLUDED MASSES OF LIMESTONE AND OTHER SEDIMENTARY ROCKS. PLACER GOLD WAS DERIVED FROM OXIDIZED GOLD-BEARING VEINS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INTRUSIVE PORPHYRY AND COMMONLY LOCATED NEAR OR ALONG THE PORPHYRY-SEDIMENT CONTACT.

Comment (Deposit): RECORD M200426 HAS BEEN DELETED.

Comment (Location): CORPORATE AND CLIMAX CLAIMS ARE CONTIGUOUS AND ARE ACCESSIBLE BY TRAVELLING 2.3 MILES WEST OF MORENCI ON THE EAGLE CREEK ROAD, THEN 0.5 MILE SOUTH ON A DIRT ROAD. ; INFO FROM LAND.ST :1973

Comment (Development): 2 PROPERTIES ARE CONSIDERED A UNIT AS THEY ARE ADJACENT AND ARE L OCATED ON THE SAME VEIN; OPERATORS INCLUDED DOMINGO ESPINOZA
