Comment (Reserve-Resource): THIS IS THE ESTIMATE OF THE RESERVES FOR ALL OF BRUSH-WELLMANS HOLDINGS IN THE SPOR MOUNTAIN DISTRICT. A QUARTER TO A THIRD OF THIS ORE IS CONTAINED IN THE MONITOR DEPOSIT.

Comment (Development): IN 1977, THIS DEPOSIT BELONGED TO THE ANACONDA COMPANY, BUT IT NOW BELONGS TO BRUSH-WELLMAN. NO MINING HAS BEEN DONE ON THIS DEPOSIT YET, BUT IT CONTAINS SOME OF THE LARGEST RESERVES IN THE DISTRICT.

Comment (Deposit): DEPOSIT IS A REPLACEMENT OF THE BERYLLIUM TUFF MEMBER OF THE SPOR MOUNTAIN FORMATION. BE TRANSPORTED IN HYDROTHERMAL SOLUTIONS AS A FLUORIDE COMPLEX AND DEPOSITED UPON PRECIPITATION OF FLUORITE REPLACING DOLOMITE IN THE TUFF.
