Comments

Comment (Production): APPROXIMATELY 3,000 TONS OF ORE CONTAINING 0.8% WO3 WERE MINED

Comment (Development): THREE WAGON DRILL HOLES WERE DRIVEN IN AN EXPLORATION PROGRAM TO A DEPTH OF 50 FEET, EACH SPACED 100 FEET FROM THE GRANITE-LIMESTONE CONTACT.

Comment (Deposit): THE DEPOSIT CONSIST OF SCHEELITE DISSEMINATED IN ANDRADITE-RICH TACTITE. THE TACTITE WAS 4 METERS THICK AGAINST THE GRANITE AND THINNED TO 1.6 METERS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PIT. TACTITE IS CAPPED BY THREE TO FIVE METERS OF COARSELY CRYSTALLINE DARK-GRAY "SANDED" MARBLE. THE TACTITE IS ABUTTED AGAINST THE GRANITE AND MAY BE CONFORMABLE WITH AN UNDERLYING GRANITE SILL DIPPING 12 DEGREES TO THE NORTHWEST OR MAY BE IN FAULT CONTACT WITH THE GRANITE.

Comment (Workings): PIT THAT YIELDED 3,000 TONS OF ORE MEASURED 150 BY 25 BY 20 FEET. AN UNPUBLISHED REPORT LISTS THE PIT AS MEASURING 200 BY 40 BY 25 FEET.
