MINE SYMBOL ON GEOLOGIC MAP IS LOCATED ON INTERFINGERING CONTACT BETWEEN TWO PRINCIPAL UNITS OF DUBOIS GREENSTONE. FOLIATION OR LAYERING TRENDS GENERALLY N 40 E. EAST OF MINE IS SMALL STOCK OF GRANITE AND QUARTZ SYENITE. SOUTH OF MINE ARE LEUCOGRANITE DIKES AND LENSOID BODIES. OCCURRENCE OF GALENA AND THORITE MENTIONED BY ANCTIL (1954).
