Comment (Deposit): 2 TARGETS IDENTIFIED: (1) NEAR VICTORIA FAULT, ESPECIALLY WHERE IT INTERSECTS NORTH-TRENDING FAULTS (2)BULK-MINABLE OPEN PIT TARGET UNDER MEXICAN HAT PEAK, ZONE 500 FT NORTH-SOUTH AND 400 FT EAST-WEST WITH DEPTH TO 500 FT; AU MINERALIZATION ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY CONFINED TO STEEPLY DIPPING FAULTS AND FRACTURES, SEEMS RELATED TO FRACTURE DENSITY. SIX MAJOR GOLD-BEARING ZONES FOUND.

Comment (Reserve-Resource): ESTIMATE BASED ON 47 DRILL HOLES AND INVOLVES ONLY RESOURCES TO A DEPTH OF 600 FT. 50% AVERAGE DILUTION FACTOR ASSUMED.

Comment (Reserve-Resource): OWNERS ARE CONFIDENT THAT RESERVES WILL BE INCREASED DURING THE SECOND PHASE OF EXPLORATION.
