Comment (Production): "CONSIDERABLE" ORE PRODUCED, BUT NOT PROFITABLE DUE TO LOW RECOVERY IN MILLING. PRODUCTION YEARS 1893-1903. ORE MILLED AT SMALL MILL AT MINE SITE

Comment (Deposit): RICH ORE OCCURS IN STREAKS AND BUNCHES. THE VEIN IS MADE UP OF 2 PARALLEL 20 IN LAYERS. BETWEEN THEM IS ALTERED GRANITE WITH QUARTZ STRINGERS.

Comment (Geology): BETWEEN THE PIT AND MAIN ADIT THE VEIN IS CRUSHED BY AN E TRENDING FAULT THAT HAS DROPPED THE BLOCK ON THE N BY 250 FT.
