THE TWO TUNNELS WERE SEPERATED BY 250 FT. ELEVATION. THE LOWER TUNNEL WAS TO BE EXTENDED AN ADDITIONAL 300 FT. THE LOWER TUNNEL WAS DRIVEN TO INTERSECT THE SAME ORE SHOOT AS THE UPPER TUNNEL.
