Comment (Ownership): According to Bloomberg Businessweek, Western Utah Copper Company (WUCC) a wholly owned subsidary of Copper King Mining Corp, filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 on May 18, 2010. Before bankruptcy, WUCC claimed it had removed 1,600,000 tons of over burden and ore, and had 200,000 tons of ore ready for processing.

Comment (Workings): FIRST DEVELOPED BY 65 DEG INCLINE SHAFT TO 175 FT RECENT WORKINGS INCLUDED STRIPING OF THE INTRUSIVE. ONE OPEN PIT STRIKES N 45 DEG E, AND IS 150 WIDE AND 600 FT LONG AND 300 FT DEEP.
