Comment (Deposit): OPERATORS ADDRESS - ANDREWS AND SON BOX 98 NUCLA, COLO 81424 THIS MAS REPORT WAS COMPLETED FROM AN INTERVIEW WITH THE OPE DON ANDREWS THE PICKET CORAL IS ENTERED THROUGH AN 800 FT ADIT WHERE YOU GO UP A 70 FT RAISE TO A DRIFT 2200 FT LONG. IT IS 300 FT FROM THE PORTAL ON THE CANYON WALL. THE MINE PRODUCES 200 TONS PER MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS A YEAR. DON ANDREWS ESTIMATES THE URANIUM PRICE OF $12.00/LB U OX AND $0.72/LB U OX WIL EXTEND HIS PRODUCTION 2 TO 5 YEARS AT THE CURRENT RATE OF DUCTION. HIS PRODUCTION COST AS OF 2/23/75 IS $30.00/TON. HAS TO HAUL HIS ORE (IN 30 TON TRUCKS) 30 MILES TO THE URA MILL.
