Comment (Location): THE COORDINATES GIVEN IN MILS ARE THE ONES FOR THE ENTRANCE TO THE NEW DEER TRAIL MINE (LOCATED SOUTHEAST AND AT LOWER ELEVATION THAN THE OLD MINE ENTRANCE). INFORMATION IN THE ENVIRONMENT AND EXPLORATION DATA SETS ARE SPECULATIVE. THIS DATA COMES FROM THE UTAH GEOLOGICAL AND MINERAL SURVEY (UGMS).

Comment (Geology): ALTHOUGH THE ORE IS KNOWN TO CONTAIN CADMIUM, THE GRADE OF THIS COMMODITY IS UNKNOWN.

Comment (Ownership): IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY MAY CHANGE IN SUCH A WAY THAT PHELPS DODGE ACQUIRES 51-PERCENT INTEREST HOWEVER, THE PHELPS DODGE PARTICIPATION WAS NOT ASSUMED IN THIS EVALUATION.
