Comment (Location): MSHA LOCAT: GREEN HORN GULCH.

Comment (Environmental Factors): NO TAILINGS ON SITE. ADIT DISCHARGE FLOWED OVER WASTE ROCK AND MADE UP THE ENTIRE FLOW OF GREENHORN GULCH. THE GULCH FLOWED INTO CONFEDERATE GULCH 1.5 MILES AWAY. THERE WERE SEVERAL OPEN OR PARTIALLY OPEN ADITS ON SITE.
