Comment (Deposit): At contact between granite and altered schist, some brown iron-stained, siliceous and limy material occasionally contains a little malachite. (Osterwald and others, 1959, p. 45.)

Comment (Location): Apparently this "prospect" is in 2 widely separate locations (roughly 3 1/2 mi apart) in NW Sec. 20 and NW Sec. 35. Because they are so separate, there are two entries for this "prospect"
