Comment (Geology): "A soft, friable sandstone in the Casper formation (Pennsylvanian) contians a small amount of iron oxide and carbonaceous material. The outcrop is 2 ft to 4 ft thick, with overburden from zero to 10 ft thick." (Bull. 50, p. 77)
