THE EXPLORATION ARES IS APPROXIMATELY 5 MINES MW OF ELK CITY, IDAHO, UP BUFFALO GULCH, 1 TO 2 MILES PAST THE DREDGE TAILINGS OF THE BUFFALO HILL PLACER (BUFFALO GULCH MINE) OPERATION.

Comment (Economic Factors): THE BUFFALO GULCH ORE BOBY WILL BE DEVELOPED FIRST.

Comment (Ownership): ICMS RECENTLY ACQUIRED PROPERTY (DEC. 96) FROM BEMA GOLD. BEMA CAN BUY BACK IN A 49% INTREST BY REIMBURSING IDAHO CONS. 115% OF PROPERTY COSTS.
