Comment (Workings): Workings / Exploration = Reconnaissance mapping, stream silt and rock sampling are all that have been done here. Copper carbonate minerals are sporadically present in the surrounding area (Reed and others, 1978).

Comment (Geology): Geologic Description = Lower Paleozoic phyllite of Reed and Nelson's (1980) Pzsv unit contains a stratiform lens of chalcocite five centimeters thick. Copper carbonate minerals are sporadically present in the surrounding area (Reed and others, 1978).
