LAND STATUS VALUE CALCULATED 6-94 USING GIS OVERLAY ANALYSIS WITH BLM 1:2,500,000 SCALE OWNERSHIP STATUS MAP (1991).

Comment (Development): PLACER GOLD MINED 1911-14, 1938-40.

Comment (Deposit): GOLD IN STREAM PLACER. ABUNDANT PLACER SCHEELITE AND WOLFRAMITE. GOLD MAY ALSO BE FOUND NEAR MOUTH OF YELLOW PUP CREEK.

Comment (Geology): CREEK HEADS IN AREA WHERE SCHEELITE OCCURS IN CONTACT METAMORPHOSED LIMESTONE AND GOLD-BEARING QUARTZ VEINS NEAR PORPHYRITIC GRANITE INTRUSIVE BODY.
