Comment (Workings): MAIN GLORY HOLE ON WEST VEIN WITH SMALL ONE ON EAST VEIN. LEVELS IN MINE ARE AT 100 , 200 , 300 AND 400 FT. WITH 100 FT. LEVEL HAVING CROSSCUT TO GLORY HOLE. CONSIDERABLE STOPING DONE ON EAST VEIN

Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: TWO PRINCIPAL VEINS, SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET APART BUT CONVERGE TO THE NORTH. THE WEST VEIN IS A DIKE-LIKE BODY OF MINERALIZED GREENSTONE WHICH IS MASSIVE, FINE GRAINED, DARK AND IMPREGNATED WITH FINE-GRAINED PYRITE. RELATIVELY SMALL AMOUNT OF QUARTZ AND COMB STRUCTURES ARE COMMON.

Comment (Production): VALUE OF TOTAL PRODUCTION ESTIMATED AT 1 MILLION DOLLARS AT OLD PRICE. GLORY HOLE MINING 1902 - 1907 . QUARTZ ORE UP TO $10/TON WITH SULFIDE CONCENTRATES $35 TO $40 PER TON OF AU. SOME HIGH GRADE ORE FOUND. 40 STAMP MILL, NO. 3 GATES GYRATORY CRUSHER, 8 CONCENTRATING TABLES. DURING THE PERIOD FROM 1902 TO 1907 THE ORE FROM THE QUARTZ VEINS AVERAGED $1.20 PER TON.
