Comment (Location): 5 CLAIMS IN THE LOWER PART OF A SE-DRAINING CANYON ABOUT 3 MILES NNW OF AURUM P.O. 8 PATENTED AND 40 UNPATENTED CLAIMS.

Comment (Production): MUCH OF ORE AVERAGED ABOUT 14% ZINC, 1 TO 2% LEAD, 1 TO 2 OUNCES SILVER PER TON BUT ORES AVERAGING 1 TO 7% COPPER AND ORE AVERAGING 1 TO 23% LEAD HAVE BEEN SHIPPED.

Comment (Development): FIRST MINED FOR AG; LATER PB, ZN, CU. ORE SHIPPED IN 1937, 1943, 1944. FIRE DESTROYED ALL SURFACE EQUIPMENT IN 1944, BUT RECONSTRUCTION WAS UNDER WAY IN 1944 AND SHIPMENTS RESUMED IN 1945.

Comment (Deposit): ORE IS FOUND ON FLOORS OF SOLUTION CAVITIES FORMED ALONG THE SMALLER FAULTS AT INTERSECTIONS OF THIN-BEDDED LIMESTONE WITH THESE SMALLER FAULTS, AND IN GASH FRACTURES NEAR THE GRAND DEPOSIT FAULT. MAIN ORESHOOT DIPS STEEPLY SW AND RANGES IN WIDTH FROM 2 TO 15 FT, IS 60-120 FT LONG, AND HAS BEEN EXPOSED FOR ABOUT 400 FT IN DEPTH

Comment (Workings): INCLINED SHAFT 508 FT DEEP DIPPING 60 SW WITH SHORT DRIFTS AT 60, 100, AND 150 FT. ALSO A VERTICAL 2-COMPARTMENT SHAFT 90 FT DEEP; AND SMALL EXCAVATIONS

Comment (Geology): MINE IN ZONE OF INTENSELY CRUSHED IRON STAINED LIMESTONE
