Comment (Development): WORKED IN 1912 BUT IDLE IN 1913. LINCOLN SAYS WORKED FROM 1911-1918. THERE WERE 2 ROTARY DRILL SITES (SHALLOW) IN THE DRAINAGE IN 1980.

Comment (Deposit): AT SURFACE, SMALL BODIES OF SANDY, IRON-STAINED LEAD CARBONATE HAVE BEEN MINED, BUT ORE ON DUMP FROM WINZE IS HARD GREY LEAD CARBONATE, WITH GOSSAN AT SURFACE. LIMESTONE IS LACED WITH THIN CALCITE VEINLETS. A REPLACEMENT LENS STRIKES N70E, DIPS 25SE.

Comment (Workings): SURFACE WORKING 20 FT DEEP. THERE IS A 200 FT WINZE AND A 50 WINZE . ALSO AN OPEN CUT 40 FT LONG AND 20 FT DEEP (1913) , INCLINED WINZE ABOUT 70 FT DEEP 50 FT N OF OPEN CUT. AT BASE OF THE HILL, 0.25 MILE EAST, A 200-FT TUNNEL IS DRIVEN S80W, ON A FRACTURE DIPPING 75S. LOWER WORKINGS IN 1980 CONSISTED OF A SMALL ORE BIN, ADIT AND STOPE WITH A PROSPECT SHAFT EAST OF THIS. NORTHERN AREA HAD AN ORE BIN AND LONG ADIT.
