Comment (Geology): THE VEIN IS A FEW INCHES TO 4 FEET THICK. THE ORE OCCURS IN SHOOTS, THE LARGEST OF WHICH WAS ABOUT 100 FEET LONG, FROM 2 TO 3 FEET THICK, AND EXTENDED DOWNDIP ABOUT 60 FEET.
Comment (Deposit): THE MINE IS DEVELOPED BY A SHAFT ABOUT 150 FEET DEEP WITH ABOUT 400 FEET OF DRIFTS ON TWO LEVELS. THE VEIN HAS BEEN MINED FOR ABOUT 300 FEET ALONG STRIKE, AND ABOUT 150 FEET DOWNDIP. THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN INACTIVE SINCE 1935.
