The Lambertucci Property is a uranium and phosphorus-phosphates mine located in Esmeralda county, Nevada at an elevation of 5,600 feet.
About the MRDS Data:
All mine locations were obtained from the USGS Mineral Resources Data System. The locations and other information in this database have not been verified for accuracy. It should be assumed that all mines are on private property.

MRDS mine locations are often very general, and in some cases are incorrect. Some mine remains have been covered or removed by modern industrial activity or by development of things like housing. The satellite view offers a quick glimpse as to whether the MRDS location corresponds to visible mine remains.

Comments
Comment (Location): ABOUT 0.4 TO 1.2 MILES S30W FROM LAMBERTUCCI AIRSTRIP. UTM IS TO APPROX. LOCATION OF LOCALITY SU-2 ; INFO FROM LAND.ST :1972
Comment (Deposit): 6 RADIOACTIVE LOCALITIES FALL ALONG A LINE, WITH SEVERAL RELATED TO N-TRENDING FAULTS. ANOMALOUS RADIOACTIVITY PERSISTS TO 100-FT DEPTH, BUT LARGER ANOMALIES WERE WITHIN 40 FT OF THE SURFACE. URANIUM MINERALIZATION MAY BE LOCALIZED BY CERTAIN BEDS OR MAY OCCUR IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT BEDS ALONG MINOR N-NE-TRENDING IRON-STAINED FRACTURES. URANIFEROUS COLLOPHANE AND OPAL ARE DISSEMINATED IN STRATIFIED TUFF AND DIATOMACEOUS EARTH AND IN OPAL LENSES
Comment (Workings): NUMEROUS BULLDOZER CUTS, PITS AND ROADS, MORE THAN 50 HOLES, EACH UP TO 100 FEET DEEP WERE DRILLED ON THE SILVER QUEEN CLAIMS (SU-3)
Comment (Geology): TONOPAH KAOLIN CLAY DEPOSIT, ALSO ON THIS PROPERTY, IS AN ALTERATION PRODUCT OF TUFFACEOUS BEDS IN THE SIEBERT FM. BEDS ARE LESS THAN 2 FT THICK-NOT TOO LIKELY TO BE UTILIZED IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
Comment (Development): NUMEROUS EXPLORATION HOLES WERE DRILLED IN THE 1950'S AND LOGGED BY THE AEC.
