Comment (Deposit): FISSURE-SHEAR ZONE IN LIMESTONE WITH HEAVY GOSSAN ALONG ZONE. GOSSAN CONTAINS PODS AND KERNELS OF GALENA WITH CERUSSITE AND CU OXIDES. INTRUSIVE OUTCROPS IN WASH NORTH OF SAMPLE SITE 267 (AT 268). INTRUSIVE IS MODERATELY KAOLINIZED, FE-OXIDE STAINED QUARTZ PORPHYRY. TO THE WEST, 2 OLD SHAFTS AND CONNECTING ADIT EXPLORE A PARALLEL (OR SAME) N60-70 W SHEAR ZONE. MASSIVE CHUNKS OF GALENA ON DUMP.
