VEINS ARE VUGGY, IRON, STAINED, SOMEWHAT BROKEN QUARTZ. MINE WORKINGS IN LOCAL DRAINAGES IN THIS AREA ARE SUNK TO BED ROCK OR CLAY LENSES TESTING FOR PLACER GOLD.
