DEPOSIT OCCURS IN BOTH A CONCORDANT AND DISCORDANT BRECCIAS ANDIN NARROW QUARTZ VEINS. THE DEPOSITS IS DISTINGUISHED BY THE ICCURRENCE OF GOLD MINERALIZATION IN QUARTZ-CARBONACEOUS MATTER-SULFIDE BRECCIA MATRIX IN A NON-CALCAREOUS HOST ROCK. VEINS STRIKEN-S AND DIP STEEPLY WEST.
