Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: LOW GRADE OXIDE DEPOSIT OCCURS IN MASSIVE CHERT WHICH STRIKES N 85 E, AND DIPS NEARLY VERTICAL. ORE BODY HAS MAXIMUM WIDTH OF 5 FT., AND CAN BE TRACED FOR 50 FT. ABOUT 100 YARDS ACROSS STRIKE TO N., CHERT IS SUCCEEDED BY GREENSTONE. PRIMARY ORE MAY BE MANGANIFEROUS CHERT AND PERHAPS RHODONITE.
