CLAIMS OF THE FERGUSON HAVE YIELDED AN ESTIMATED PRODUCTION OF $1,250,000 AND RECORDED PRODUCTION BT. 1935 AND 1940 OF $107,000, A TOTAL OF $1,357,000. FERGUSON VEIN FOLLOWS GRANODIORITE-METASEDIMENTS CONTACT. METASEDIMENTS INCLUDE SLATE, QTZ-BIOTITE HORNFELS. GRAPHITE-MICA SCHIST & SOME QUARTZ-BIOTITE GNEISS. NUMEROUS ORE SHOOTS AVE 4-5 FT THICK AND 100-150 FT WIDE. THREE LATERAL QUARTZ VEINS - THE SPANISH, GOLDEN RULE AND MOONSTONE VEINS, JOIN THE FERGUSON VEIN FROM THE NE.
