Comment (Deposit): HUGE huge 2-mile long LEDGE OF ALTERED DIORITE hosted by granite and trends east-west. IN CONTACT WITH STAINED QUARtz.
Comment (Identification): Sunset Mine is labeled on topo in extreme NW corner of Sec. 36 with an open pit (crossed picks) symbol. No way to determine if this is part of Hamilton Group, but this is the location of the given coordinates. No evidence of ground disturbance on aerial imagery as of 2011.
