Comment (Geology): Original rock type is unknown. Large mafic inclusions and dikes crop out in the area.

Comment (Workings): Shaft was flooded as of Hausel's 1997 (Bull. 70) report. There was a large dump.

Comment (Location): According to RI-37, p. 25, the shaft labeled "Standard mine" on the topo in SW Sec. 12 is NOT the Standard Mine. The real Standard Mine is in NENE Sec. 13, T13N, R86W.
