Comment (Location): Supposedly on west Fork of Savery Creek, about 5 mi. West of Battle. But, there is no Savery Creek in this area. According to USGS GNIS there is no Savery Creek on this quadrangle. Perhaps it is a local or unofficial name.

Comment (Geology): Quartz vein stikes NW, dips 30SW, and cuts altered limy schist.
