IN ALL OF THE MINERALIZED ZONES FREE GOLD IS PRESENT. 9-97: NANECO COMPLETED 12 CORE HOLES WHICH HAVE RESULTED IN AN INCREASE IN THE GEOLOGIC RESOURCE: THE CURRENT 270,000 OZ AU RESOURCE ESTIMATE CONSISTS OF 68,000 OZ OF DRILL INDICATED AND 200,000 OZ OF INFERRED RESOURCES GRADING 6.3 G/MT. THE DEPOSIT IS OPEN IN ALL DIRECTIONS.
