Comment (Development): PROPERTY WAS ACTIVE AT LEAST IN 1899-1900, INTERMITTANTLY TO 1909(?), 1937-39. MINED BY HAND, HYDRAULICKED; BULLDOZER AND SLUICE PLATE (1974). SOME ACTIVITY AROUND 1964.

Comment (Deposit): GRAVELS CORE THIN; MOST PRODUCTION DOWNSTREAM FROM JUNCTION WITH MYRTLE CK.

Comment (Geology): MAJOR.UNITS: BEDROCK IS MICA SCHIST, SLATE, AND PHYLLITE CUT BY ALTERED DIORITE DIKES AND QUARTZ BODIES.

Comment (Production): ROCKERS GAVE 3 TO 4 DOLLARS PER DAY (DOWNSTREAM) AND 8 DOLLAR PER DAY (OLD PRICE).
