Comment (Development): EXPL.COM: DRIFTING, SLUICING, HYDRALIC MINING (1937) PROPERTY WAS ACTIVE 1900-09, INTERMITTANTLY TO 1935 AND IN 1937.
Comment (Deposit): BURIED PLACER APPARENTLY MINOR CONTRIBUTOR TO PRODUCTION. GRAVELSON HIGH BENCH ARE 6 TO 9 FT THICK WITH GOLD THROUGHOUT.
Comment (Geology): GEOL.COM: GEOLOGY DESCRIPTION OF HIGHEST BENCH PLACER OF TWO PRESENT. BOULDERS UP TO 2 FT IN DIAMETER, PREDOMMANTLY GREENSTONE, MINOR QTZ DIORITE, GNEISS. ; MAJOR.UNITS: BEDROCK IS GRAPHITE AND QUARTZITE SCHIST.
