Comment (Geology): Geologic Description = The country rock at this site is Silurian trondhjemite that was regionally metamorphosed to greenschist grade in Late Cretacous time (Berg, 1972). The occurrence consists of chalcopyrite sparsely disseminated in sheared and sericitized trondhjemite (Berg, 1972, loc. 11).
