Comment (Deposit): TUNNEL FOLLOWS TWO FAULTS IN SHALY GRAYWACKE. 5 FT. DIKE DISPLACED 30 FT. BY FAULTING. A LITTLE QUARTZ PRESENT IN FAULT EXPOSED IN SURFACE CUT, WITH SPECK OF GOLD IN TINY QUARTZ VEINLET FILLING JOINT TRENDING N 35 DEGREES E, DIPPING 75 DEGREES NW.

Comment (Workings): 110 FT. OF DRIFTS, 75 FT. OF CROSSCUTS FOLLOWING TWO FAULTS. SMALL OPEN CUT 55 FT. ABOVE TUNNEL.

Comment (Geology): PROSPECT IS ON OR VERY NEAR ONE OF THE MORE PROMINENT FAULTS OF THE DISTRICT.
