Comment (Geology): LARGE MASSES OF CONTORTED CARBONATE ABOVE THRUST FAULTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY REPLACED BY SILICA. INTENSELY SILICIFIED CARBONATE ROCKS (MOSTLY MARBLE).
