Comment (Development): FIRST WORKED BY DRIFTING AND LATER REWORKED BY OPEN-CUT HYDRAULIC METHODS. USBM TRENCHES DUG IN 1956. NUMEROUS VEINS AND VEINLETS, SOME WITH FAIR GOLD VALUES, WERE UNCOVERED.
Comment (Deposit): GOLD OCCURS MAINLY ON BEDROCK; ALSO IN TOP 2-3 FT. OF BLOCKY BEDROCK AND LOWER 3 FT. OF GRAVEL. OVERBURDEN 10-27 FT. THICK.
