Comment (Location): USGS MF-410, LOC. 33. DEPOSIT ON THE SPUR BETWEEN MELBA AND MONTE CRISTO CREEKS ABOUT 1 MILE NORTH OF GILMORE DOME. LAND STATUS VALUE CALCULATED 6-94 USING GIS OVERLAY ANALYSIS WITH BLM 1:2,500,000 SCALE OWNERSHIP STATUS MAP (1991).
Comment (Development): DEVELOPMENT WORK CONSISTED OF AN 18 FT. DEEP SHAFT.
Comment (Deposit): GOLD, SCHEELITE, BISMUTH, AND SOME TELLURIUM MINERAL IN TWO QUARTZ VEINS CUTTING BIOTITE GRANITE. GOLD-BISMUTH MINERALS ARE INTERGROWN AND DO NOT OCCUR IN THE SAME PART OF THE VEIN AS SCHEELITE. TELLURIUM DETERMINED CHEMICALLY, MINERAL ASSOCIATION NOT DETERMINED. VISIBLE GOLD SAID TO BE PLENTIFUL IN INTERGROWN BISMUTH IN QUARTZ.
